Prices changed. What does this recipe cost now?
Start with a recipe and add ingredients and purchase prices as you go. CookCost calculates current ingredient costs per batch and per sellable item, so you can recheck costs without starting over.
Public preview is available, but formal product acceptance is not complete. Data stays in this browser; understand backup and data-loss risks before relying on it.
From purchase price to cost per item
Record total paid, purchase quantity, and effective date. Add ingredients and quantities to a recipe, then enter the number of sellable items to see ingredient cost per batch and per item. The current starting point is TWD and common mass, volume, and count units.
Update prices, recalculate recipes
New purchase prices preserve older records. Saved recipes recalculate current ingredient costs from prices effective today. This is not a historical order cost snapshot and does not include packaging, labor, selling prices, or margins.
Your data stays in your browser
Ingredients, price records, and recipes live in IndexedDB on this site, without a ReedBloom account. You can manually export a complete JSON backup and import it in another browser; importing replaces the destination's existing data. Back up before clearing site data or changing devices. Google Drive backup and automatic sync are not available yet.
